1. About this policy
This policy explains how Five: Beyond Tic-Tac-Toe (“Five”), published by YuanJie Rong, handles information when you use the iPhone app. It also describes information processed by the third-party advertising and consent services included in Five.
2. Information stored on your device
Five stores tutorial completion, game preferences, and limited gameplay-learning information locally on your device. This local information is used to remember your progress and avoid repeating the same game responses. Five does not require an account and the publisher does not receive this local game information.
Deleting the app removes information stored locally by Five, subject to normal iOS backup behavior.
3. Advertising and consent services
Five uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner and optional rewarded video ads, and Google User Messaging Platform to collect advertising consent where required. Depending on your device, region, choices, and Google’s service configuration, these services may process:
- IP-derived approximate location;
- device or app identifiers;
- advertising data and ad interactions;
- product interactions;
- crash, performance, and diagnostic data.
This information may be used for app functionality, serving and measuring advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and improving service reliability. Some information may be linked to your device or used by Google for advertising measurement.

4. Your choices
Where required, Five presents a consent form before requesting ads. When Google indicates that privacy choices must remain available, Five displays an in-app Privacy control so you can review or change those choices.
You may also limit ad tracking through iOS privacy settings. Choosing not to complete a rewarded video never changes the board or consumes a free undo.
5. Sharing and retention
The publisher does not sell your personal information. Data processed by Google is handled under Google’s policies and may be shared with advertising, analytics, fraud-prevention, and service partners. Google determines retention for data it processes through its services.
6. Children
Five is a general-audience strategy game and is not directed to children under 13. The publisher does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising treatment may vary by region, age signals, and platform rules.
7. International processing
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their legal safeguards and privacy terms.
8. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when Five’s features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
