At a glance: no account is required, game progress stays on your device, and Google advertising and consent services may process limited advertising and diagnostic data.

1. About this policy

This policy explains how Paper Plane Messenger (“the App”), published by YuanJie Rong, handles information when you use the iPhone app. It also describes information processed by the third-party advertising and consent services included in the App.

2. Information stored on your device

The App stores tutorial completion, delivered-route progress, settings, and limited failed-route counters locally on your device. This information supports game progress and limits how often a retry may present an ad. The App does not require an account, and the publisher does not directly receive this local gameplay information.

Deleting the App removes information stored locally by the App, subject to normal iOS backup behavior.

3. Advertising and consent services

The App uses Google Mobile Ads to display interstitial ads during certain failed-delivery retry flows and Google User Messaging Platform to collect or manage advertising consent where required. The App does not display a persistent banner ad.

Depending on your device, region, choices, and Google’s service configuration, these services may process IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising data and ad interactions, product interactions, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data.

This information may be used for app functionality, serving and measuring third-party advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and service reliability. Some information may be linked to a device or used for advertising measurement.

4. Your choices

Where required, the App presents a consent form before requesting ads. When Google indicates that privacy choices must remain available, the App displays a Privacy Options control so you can review or change those choices. You may also limit tracking through iOS privacy settings.

If an ad is not ready, consent is incomplete, or an ad fails to display, the failed-delivery retry continues without waiting for the ad.

5. Sharing and retention

The publisher does not sell your personal information. Data processed by Google is handled under Google’s policies and may be shared with advertising, analytics, fraud-prevention, and service partners. Google determines retention for data it processes through its services.

6. Children

Paper Plane Messenger is a general-audience action game and is not directed to children under 13. The publisher does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising treatment may vary by region, age signals, consent choices, and platform rules.

7. International processing

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their legal safeguards and privacy terms.

8. Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the App’s features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
